Michael Giardina

As a founding accomplice of Godbey Giardina Law Group, I commit my practice to representing insurance policyholders in disputes with their coverage corporations. I was born and raised in New Orleans, in which I evolved a deep appreciation for the outdoors and performed the rank of Eagle Scout. During Hurricane Katrina, I participated in search and rescue operations, an experience that profoundly fashioned my perspective. That disaster also delivered me to the demanding situations policyholders face when coping with coverage agencies, as my family encountered fraudulent files, underpayments, and delays in our claim. While serving in regulation enforcement, I earned a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Loyola University of New Orleans.
