Michael Dennis Iverson is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2007. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Iverson is the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Michael D. Iverson, APC, a law firm located in Murrieta, California. He has been practicing law for over 18 years, serving clients throughout the Riverside County area and surrounding regions in Southern California.
Mr. Iverson earned his Juris Doctor degree from California Southern Law School in 2006. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, San Marcos. Before pursuing his legal education, he worked as a dental technician, earned a paralegal certificate, and served as a paralegal at a large personal injury firm in Salt Lake City. Additionally, he obtained a real estate license and started a successful business assisting clients with legal documents related to family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, real estate transactions, and other business and civil matters.
Mr. Iverson concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, estate planning, and business and civil litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, estate planning, and business disputes. Throughout his career, Mr. Iverson has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as a paralegal at a large personal injury firm in Salt Lake City and managed a business assisting clients with legal documents related to various legal matters.
Mr. Iverson is an active member of the Riverside County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association.
