Michael D. Capizola is the senior partner at Capizola, Pancari, Lapham & Fralinger, a law firm located at 100 North Main Road in Vineland, New Jersey. In 1966, he returned to Vineland to join Shapiro, Brotman & Eisenstat, quickly becoming a partner in the same year.

His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own firm, Capizola, Pancari, Lapham & Fralinger, in 1981, where he continues to provide legal services today. Throughout his career, he has handled a diverse array of cases, including personal injury, workers' compensation, products liability, and medical malpractice. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Capizola has made significant contributions to the community and the banking sector. He served as a director of Minotola National Bank for over 35 years and later joined Susquehanna Bank, where he remained until his retirement in 2010. He is also an active member of the Cumberland County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
