Mr. Rogers earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he graduated in 1995. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of San Diego, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is also a member of the California Independent Auto Dealers Association and the San Diego New Car Dealers Association.
