Michael Adrian Rajtar is the founder and managing attorney of Rajtar & Associates, P.A., a full-service commercial law firm based in Hollywood, Florida. Established in 2007, the firm has carved a niche in various legal domains, including condominium and homeowner association law, real estate litigation, and business law. The firm also specializes in foreclosure defense, mortgage modifications, landlord/tenant law, and collections. Located at 2004 Polk Street, Hollywood, FL 33020, Rajtar & Associates, P.A. has become a trusted resource for clients navigating complex legal issues in these areas. Born in Hudson, New York, Mr. Rajtar earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany in 1995.
He then pursued his Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law, graduating in 1998. Upon graduation, he was admitted to the Florida Bar the same year. This strong educational foundation laid the groundwork for a successful legal career — As a result, the attorney can develop expertise in various facets of law. Before founding his firm, Mr. Rajtar gained experience in several legal areas. He began his legal career as an Administrative Attorney at Glazer & Associates, P.A. in 1998, where he developed his skills until 2005.
His next role as an Associate Attorney at Kahane & Associates, P.A. from 2005 to 2007 allowed him to focus on association law, commercial litigation, and foreclosures. This diverse background in association law and real estate prepared him for the challenges of running his own firm. Mr. Rajtar has also been actively involved in various legal associations throughout his career. He served as President of the South Broward Bar Association from 2014 to 2015 and has been a member since 2008. His leadership roles within the association included Secretary from 2011 to 2012, Treasurer from 2012 to 2013, and Vice President from 2013 to 2014.
He continues to serve on the Board of Directors, where he plays a key role in organizing social events and fostering community engagement. In addition to his local contributions, Mr. Rajtar was the inaugural President of the West Broward Bar Association from 2011 to 2013. He also served as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida and Legal Aid Service of Broward County from 2018 to 2020. As of February 2026, Mr. Rajtar remains an active member of the Florida Bar, dedicated to serving clients in the Hollywood area with a commitment to excellence and community involvement.
