About Meghan E.
Meghan E. Dwyer earned her undergraduate degree from New York University in 2005 and later completed her law degree at New York Law School. Those years shaped her analytic approach and introduced her to the practical rhythms of legal work. She left law school ready to begin practicing in a region she knows well.
Her career has been rooted in the Northeast. Licensed in both Connecticut and New York, she has handled matters that cross state lines and touch on the regulatory and practical differences between the two jurisdictions. Early in her practice she navigated courtroom procedure and client counseling, learning to balance legal strategy with day-to-day client needs. Over time she has taken on assignments that require steady organization and clear communication with clients and opposing counsel.
Colleagues describe her work as focused and attentive. She pays attention to the documents and the small details that often matter most in legal disputes and transactions. She has worked on files that ranged from straightforward transactional work to more contested matters. Her approach favors careful preparation. She prioritizes clear explanations for clients and deliberate steps in litigation or negotiation.
Her professional life has also involved the practical demands of running casework across jurisdictions. That includes preparing matters for filing, coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries, and managing discovery and evidentiary materials. Those tasks require both procedural knowledge and an eye for deadlines. In several matters she has taken lead responsibility for organizing teams of professionals and ensuring that filings meet court and administrative requirements.
Today she practices at Ferrante PLLC. There she continues to advise and represent clients in matters arising in Connecticut and New York. Her current practice focuses on advising clients and handling legal matters in those states, managing disputes and transactional work as needed across state lines.
