About Megan
Megan Gardner earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2015 after completing a bachelor’s degree at American University in 2007. She moved from a political aide role and early business responsibilities into legal work during and after her studies. The academic path supplied a foundation in legal research and writing that she carried into clerkships and support roles while building a courtroom and office practice.
Her resume shows steady progression through a range of positions in both law firms and regulatory settings. In 2006 she served as an aide in the Ohio Senate and was listed that year as founding president of North Hero Land Company. After college she worked as a legal assistant at Saveri & Saveri, Inc., then took on dual responsibilities in 2010 as a paralegal at Bauman Katz & Grill LLP and as a claims analyst at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. She joined Rich, Intelisano & Katz, LLP in an administrative role in 2011, returned as a legal intern in 2013, and became an associate lawyer there in 2015.
Those varied roles exposed her to litigation support, regulatory claims handling and the day-to-day operations of a law office. The FINRA experience in particular involved reviewing and analyzing financial disputes, while her time as a paralegal and office manager emphasized case preparation and client communications. She has kept ties to public-interest organizations and professional groups; she is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar, and sits on the junior board of the Center for Family Representation.
Gardner is admitted to practice in New York and has built most of her practice around matters handled from the firm’s New York office. Colleagues and clients describe her approach as pragmatic and detail-oriented; she leans on procedural knowledge when preparing cases and on regulatory experience when handling claims. Her career path reflects an unusual mix of public-sector exposure, regulatory work and private-firm litigation support that informs how she manages files and prepares witnesses.
She continues to practice at Rich, Intelisano & Katz, LLP, drawing on her background in litigation support, regulatory matters and firm operations. She currently concentrates her practice on litigation and regulatory matters in New York.
