About Megan Beley

Megan Beley Withrow earned her law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2003 after completing undergraduate studies at Sweet Briar College in 1997. Her academic path combined a liberal arts foundation with three years of professional legal training. The sequence of those degrees set the stage for practice in Florida, where she later took on bar membership and professional responsibilities.

After law school, Withrow affiliated her professional life with the Florida legal community. She became a member of the Florida Bar Association in 2006 and has maintained that membership since. That long-term connection to the state bar reflects steady involvement in Florida’s legal framework. Over the years she has navigated filings, court procedures, and the administrative requirements that come with a legal practice licensed in a single state jurisdiction.

Throughout her career she has worked within the contours of Florida law. As a Florida-licensed attorney she has represented clients in matters that required knowledge of state rules, court calendars, and regulatory processes. Her practice has required regular interaction with judges, clerks, opposing counsel, and administrative officials. She has handled the everyday responsibilities lawyers face when representing individuals and organizations in state-level matters.

In professional circles she participates in the Florida Bar Association and has sustained that membership for two decades. That involvement keeps her connected to changes in state law, continuing legal education offerings, and peer networks. Membership in the Bar also signifies compliance with professional licensing and ethical standards required of attorneys who practice in Florida.

Today, Withrow conducts her legal practice in Florida. She applies the training she received at St. Thomas University School of Law and the foundational education from Sweet Briar College to serve clients in the state. Her current practice focuses on representing clients in matters arising in Florida courts and state administrative processes.
