Ms. Baldwin earned her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1980. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of Michigan, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1974. During her time at Santa Clara University, she developed a strong foundation in criminal law, which has been the focus of her legal career.
Ms. Baldwin concentrates her practice in the area of criminal defense law. She represents individuals accused of various offenses, including felonies, misdemeanors, domestic violence, drug crimes, sex crimes, theft, and driving under the influence (DUI).
