Throughout his career, Mr. Browne has handled numerous significant transactions, including the de-SPAC transaction of Billtrust with South Mountain Merger Corp., the sale of XMatters to Everbridge, and the $44 million Series C financing of AttackIQ. He has also been involved in the sale of Paradigm Diagnostics and Viomics to Exact Sciences, the sale of Verb Surgical to Johnson & Johnson, and the sale of Kadcyla royalties to TPG Sixth Street Partners. Additionally, he represented MedImpact in a cash tender offer for all outstanding equity held by non-affiliates. His extensive experience includes all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation to trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Browne is an active member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He serves on the board of directors and executive committee of the Corporate Directors Forum and the executive committee of Connect San Diego. He is also a former trustee of the Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute. At Cooley, he is a member of the risk management committee and has previously served on the opinion committee and partnership nominating committee. He is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
