About Matthew M

Matthew M Luedke earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Washington and later completed his legal studies at Gonzaga University School of Law. His education combined a grounding in communication skills with formal legal training. That mix shaped how he approaches client conversations and case preparation.

After law school he entered practice in Washington. He is admitted to practice in that state and maintains active involvement with the Washington State Bar Association. Much of his career has been spent at Moulton Law Offices, P.S., where he has worked alongside colleagues on a variety of client matters. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and pragmatic in meetings.

His daily work encompasses both courtroom assignments and the advisory tasks that come with being a firm attorney. He prepares filings, advises clients on legal options, and represents interests before tribunals when necessary. He also takes part in the administrative and case-management duties common to firm practice. Over time he has taken on responsibilities that include mentoring more junior staff and coordinating with outside professionals where cases require it.

Beyond casework he has kept a connection to the bar. As a current member of the Washington State Bar Association he participates in professional activities that help him stay current with rules and practice developments. He has not positioned himself as a public commentator or frequent author, preferring to concentrate on client service and the work of the office.

Today he practices at Moulton Law Offices, P.S., serving clients in the state of Washington. His work remains anchored in direct client representation and the routine demands of litigation and transactional practice at a regional law office. He continues to take cases and matters through the stages of dispute resolution and legal counseling that define the firm’s day-to-day work.
