Matthew Lindsay Kolken is a seasoned immigration attorney based in Buffalo, New York. He has been practicing law since 1997, specializing in all facets of U.S. immigration law, including deportation defense, asylum, and appellate practice. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Kolken earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 1996. Prior to his legal education, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Pacific University in 1993.
