Matthew Donald Hamm is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Darling Ingredients Inc., a global leader in sustainable solutions for the food, feed, and fuel industries. He joined the company in 2016, bringing over a decade of legal experience to the role. Prior to his tenure at Darling Ingredients, Mr. Hamm served as an associate at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C.
from 2014 to 2016, and at Patsfall Yeager & Pflum, LLC from 2007 to 2014. His legal practice has encompassed various areas, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions.
