About Matthew
Matthew Delgado earned his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, completing a criminal law concentration in 2014. He holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton, awarded in 2009. Those academic choices shaped an early interest in criminal statutes, procedure and courtroom work.
He moved into practice after law school and eventually established his own office. He operates under The Law Office of Matthew J. Delgado. His work has taken him into state courtrooms across California and into federal proceedings. He is admitted to practice in California and before the Federal Circuit.
Delgado’s training at UC Law San Francisco emphasized criminal practice and appellate procedure. That education informed the kinds of matters he accepts. He also handles post-conviction matters when clients seek relief after a judgment.
