About Matt
Matt Kesner built his legal foundation in Southern California. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University in 1982. Three years later he received his J.D. from the University of California, San Diego in 1985. Those early academic choices set the shape of his career.
After law school, Kesner moved into private practice. He joined Fenwick & West LLP, where his professional life has been tied to the firm. Over the years he worked alongside attorneys serving corporate clients, contributing to the firm’s work on business-related legal matters.
