About Matt
Matt Dearden is an attorney who leads Dearden Law Offices LLC. He earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2014 after beginning his studies in 2011. The law school years shaped his approach to practice and introduced him to the practical demands of client work.
After law school Dearden moved into private practice. His early years were spent building a small-firm practice and developing the systems needed to manage a growing docket. He also maintained active ties to the legal community and holds current memberships in professional associations.
Dearden's practice is rooted in the everyday tasks that keep a small law office functioning. He manages client intake, drafts pleadings and agreements, and appears in hearings when matters require court attention. He has experience running the administrative side of a firm, which includes managing staff, coordinating deadlines and maintaining client communications.

As of 2026 Dearden continues to operate Dearden Law Offices LLC. He practices at the firm and is focused on handling client matters through the office’s day-to-day services.
