Mary Heare Amodio is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Amodio is the principal attorney at the Law Office of Mary Heare Amodio, a firm located in Lakeport, California. She has been practicing law for over two decades, serving clients throughout Lake County and the surrounding areas.
Ms. Amodio earned her Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2002. Prior to her legal education, she completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences in 1971. She furthered her education with a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from Texas A&M University in 1974. Throughout her career, Ms. Amodio has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Lake and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Prior to establishing her own firm, she worked at Bank of America for 25 years, including four years as a Fiduciary Subject Matter Expert in the Trust group in San Francisco. She has been serving as the President of the Lake County Bar Association since 2010 and has been an active member of various local business and charitable organizations.
Ms. Amodio is a member of the California State Bar and has been serving as the President of the Lake County Bar Association since 2010. She is also a member of the North Shore Business Association, the Clearlake Oaks Glenhaven Business Association, and the Lake County Chamber of Commerce. She is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of Lake County effectively.
