Marquette W. Wolf is a seasoned trial attorney based in Mesquite, Texas, with over 29 years of experience in personal injury and environmental law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1996, building a strong foundation for his legal career. Prior to that, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Texas in 1992. Mr. Wolf joined Ted B. Lyon & Associates, P.C. while still in law school, starting a distinguished career that has seen him handle numerous jury trials and arbitration cases.
His practice areas are diverse and include environmental law, consumer protection, personal injury, and business injury litigation. Mr. Wolf has successfully tried a variety of complex cases, including pipeline explosions and refinery explosions. Notably, he has represented clients in wrongful death cases, business disputes, and matters involving environmental contamination. Wolf has received numerous accolades for his dedication and skill in the legal field. He has been named to the Texas Super Lawyers list from 2004 to 2025, a recognition that highlights his standing among peers.
