About Markus

Markus Moll pursued his undergraduate studies at Ohio University, earning a B.A. in 2012. He continued his legal education at the University of Dayton School of Law and received his J.D. in 2015. Those formative years shaped his understanding of Ohio law and provided the foundation for his legal career.

After law school he began practicing in Ohio. He is licensed to practice in that state. His early work included handling courtroom matters and client counseling, tasks that allowed him to develop practical courtroom habits and a comfort with litigation procedures.

Moll’s approach to cases is straightforward. He emphasizes clear communication and careful preparation. He aims to explain complex legal issues in plain terms so clients can make informed choices. He also places importance on managing procedural steps on time and keeping clients apprised of developments.

He maintains professional memberships and participates in relevant local networks. Those affiliations help him stay current on statutory and procedural changes in Ohio. He also draws on relationships with local practitioners when a matter benefits from additional perspectives.

Moll’s work to date spans civil matters that arise under Ohio law. He handles matters through negotiation and, when necessary, in court. He has experience drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and managing hearings. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his case preparation and direct in client communication.

Outside of casework he spends time reading recent decisions and attending continuing legal education programs. He values practical updates that affect everyday practice and adapts his processes to reflect changes in court rules and evidence law.

He currently practices in Ohio and focuses on representing clients in matters that arise under Ohio law.
