Originally from the Midwest, Mr. Weikart spent the first eight years of his life shifting around earlier than his family settled in Scottsdale, Arizona, in 2000. He earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Prior to regulation school, Mr. Weikart graduated with a diploma in Public Service and Public Policy from Arizona State University.
