Mark A — Walsh is a seasoned business litigation attorney based in McKinney, Texas. With over 25 years of experience, he has developed a robust practice focused on construction and business disputes. His extensive legal career includes representing clients throughout Texas in various matters, such as commercial contract drafting and litigation, public procurement law, and partner and shareholder disputes. Additionally, he has provided legal counsel to governmental entities, showcasing his versatility in the field. In 1994, Mark earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University. He furthered his education by obtaining his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 1997.
Since then, he has been licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to all Texas state and federal courts. This strong educational foundation gave him the skills necessary to navigate complex legal issues effectively. In 2012, Mark co-founded Saunders, Walsh & Beard, where he currently serves as managing partner — The firm specializes in business litigation, construction law, and real estate. In his personal life, Mark is a devoted husband and father of two sons. He dedicates much of his free time to coaching and attending his sons' sporting events in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Over the years, he has coached more than 14 seasons of various baseball, basketball, and soccer teams in the Frisco area, demonstrating his commitment to family and community engagement.
