Mark Troy built his legal foundation in West Virginia. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and economics from Marshall University in 1990. He then went on to the West Virginia University College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1994. He is admitted to practice in both West Virginia and Kentucky. Over the years he has worked in roles that place him regularly before state courts in both jurisdictions.
