About Mark T.
Mark T. Mansfield began his legal path at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, enrolling in 2009 and earning his J.D. in 2013. He entered law school after undergraduate studies and completed the three-year program in a cohort that graduated in 2013. His legal education provided the foundation for a practice centered in Texas.
Soon after law school, Mansfield joined Mansfield & Mansfield, P.C. He has served as a shareholder at the firm since 2013. That role put him in a position of responsibility early in his career. He has worked alongside other attorneys at the firm handling the steady flow of matters that a small to mid-size practice encounters.
Outside the office, Mansfield has been active in the Christian Legal Society. He became a member in 2009 and maintains that association to the present. The membership reflects an engagement with a community of lawyers who share common professional and ethical interests.
Over the years he has developed experience handling client matters through the firm. His work involves courtroom proceedings as well as preparation and counseling behind the scenes. He balances casework and client meetings, drafting and filing documents, and the procedural steps required by Texas courts. Colleagues describe him as methodical and attentive to detail, traits that inform how he approaches case preparation and client communication.
Mansfield’s practice is grounded in the daily demands of representing clients in state-level matters. He spends significant time managing files, coordinating with opposing counsel, and guiding clients through legal options. His role as shareholder also includes administrative and supervisory responsibilities at Mansfield & Mansfield, P.C., where he helps oversee the firm’s operations and case allocation.
As of 2026, he continues to practice law in Texas from his position at Mansfield & Mansfield, P.C. His current practice focuses on serving the firm’s clients through case management, representation in state matters, and the firm-level duties that come with being a shareholder.
