About Mark P.

Mark P. Dinelli built his legal foundation at the University of New Mexico. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminology in 2009 and followed that with a Juris Doctor in 2012. Those years in Albuquerque shaped his interest in how law interacts with communities and public institutions.

He moved into practice soon after law school. Over the next years he established a private practice and developed a reputation for steady courtroom work and careful preparation. Colleagues describe him as deliberate and exacting in his approach. He has kept active in local legal circles and has stayed rooted in the city where he trained.

Professional involvement has been a consistent part of his career. He holds current membership in the Albuquerque Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association. He is also a member of an Inns of Court chapter, which connects trial attorneys and judges in a mentoring environment. Those associations have provided him with opportunities for continuing legal education and professional exchange.

Dinelli runs The Dinelli Law Office, LLC. The firm handles client matters across several common-practice areas and appears in state and municipal courts. He manages client intake and litigation strategy and often handles cases from initial filing through trial when necessary. His practice emphasizes direct client contact and practical problem-solving rather than procedural formality.

He has balanced private practice with community involvement. Through bar association activities he has participated in panels and local events aimed at improving access to legal services. He has also worked alongside other practitioners in programs tied to legal education and outreach. Those efforts reflect an interest in the institutional side of the law as well as the day-to-day work of representing people in disputes.

Colleagues note that Dinelli’s background in criminology gives him a particular perspective when cases involve investigative detail or criminal aspects. He draws on that training when preparing witnesses and reviewing police reports. At the same time, he remains attentive to changes in local rules and case law that affect how cases proceed in New Mexico courts.

He currently practices at The Dinelli Law Office, LLC, where he maintains a general practice representing clients in a range of legal matters.
