About Mark
Mark McCulloch has built a career that moves between courtroom work and firm management. He has held roles as a law clerk, an associate, and the principal of his own firm. His record shows a steady progression into positions of leadership while maintaining an active litigation practice across many federal and state forums.
McCulloch earned his J.D. from Barry University in 2008. Before law school he completed a Master in Public Administration at American International College in 2004, concentrating on public policy and human resource management. He began his academic path with a B.S. in Journalism from Emerson College, awarded in 1992. The sequence of degrees reflects a shift from reporting and public affairs into the practice of law.
He started his post-law-school work as a law clerk at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in 2009. The following year he opened MKM LAW, serving as managing lawyer and owner. He then took associate roles at Brownstone PA in 2013 and at Halscott Megaro PA in 2015, where he worked as a senior associate. In 2017 he re-established his role as managing lawyer and owner at MKM LAW PLLC. Those moves show a mix of firm experience and solo practice management over the course of his career.
McCulloch is admitted to practice in Florida, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court and holds admissions in multiple federal district courts and courts of appeals. The list of federal jurisdictions associated with his practice includes the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Florida, the Western District of Pennsylvania, the District of Massachusetts, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Middle District of Florida. He also has admissions across several circuits: the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th Circuits.
Over the years McCulloch’s work has included litigation and appellate matters across those forums. He has combined courtroom filings and case management with the administrative demands of running a law practice. Clients and colleagues see him handling procedural, jurisdictional and substantive tasks that large and small cases require.
He currently leads MKM LAW PLLC and maintains a practice that includes litigation and appellate work in state and federal courts.
