Mark Goldman is an attorney based in Jersey City, New Jersey, with over four decades of experience in bankruptcy and real estate law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law–Camden in 1973. Prior to that, he completed a Bachelor of Science in History at Rutgers College in 1970. Goldman was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1973, starting a distinguished legal career. His expertise extends beyond state lines, as he is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York.

He served as Chair of the Essex District V-B Fee Committee from 1998 to 1999, where he contributed to discussions on legal fees and practices within the district. Additionally, he was a member of the Lawyers Advisory Committee to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey from 1996 to 1997, providing valuable insights into bankruptcy procedures and policies.
