About Mark D.

Mark D. Adams built his academic foundation at the University of North Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. The study of logic and argument left a clear imprint on his approach to legal problems. He went on to earn his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, completing the formal training that led to a practice in Florida.

After law school, Adams entered the Florida legal community and moved into private practice. He is admitted to practice in Florida and has spent his career representing clients in matters that arise under state law. His early years in the profession involved courtroom work and client counseling, and those experiences shaped the way he prepares cases and communicates with clients.

At Carver & Adams he works with individuals and businesses that seek legal advice on a variety of subjects. The firm’s name reflects a partnership structure, and he is part of the team that manages client matters from initial assessment through resolution. He handles tasks common to litigation and transactional work: analyzing documents, drafting pleadings and agreements, negotiating settlements, and appearing in court when necessary.

Adams’s background in philosophy often surfaces in his legal work. He applies careful reasoning when parsing statutes and contracts. He values clear writing and precise questions in depositions and hearings. Colleagues and clients see a practitioner who emphasizes organization and preparation. He balances detail-oriented case construction with the practical need to move matters forward toward resolution.

Outside of specific case work, Adams stays engaged with changes in Florida law that affect his clients. He attends continuing legal education and reviews new decisions to anticipate shifting legal landscapes. Today he practices at Carver & Adams, handling legal matters for clients across Florida. He currently serves clients through his work at Carver & Adams, focusing on legal matters arising under Florida law.
