About Mark Allen
Mark Allen Raczkowski is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in both Arizona and California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003 and to the Arizona State Bar in 2005. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Raczkowski is a partner at Jones | Raczkowski PC, a law firm located in Phoenix, Arizona. He has been practicing law for over 20 years, serving clients throughout Arizona and California.
Mr. Raczkowski earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2003. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Northern Arizona University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2000. After obtaining his J.D., he pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy from California Western School of Law, graduating in 2004.
Mr. Raczkowski concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury law, with a particular focus on premises liability. He represents individuals in cases involving slip and fall accidents, trip and fall incidents, negligent property maintenance, unsafe stairways and walkways, elevator and escalator injuries, inadequate lighting, defective equipment, hotel and casino incidents, and falling merchandise. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Raczkowski has handled cases in the Superior Court of Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California State Courts. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate attorney at AZ Premises Law in Phoenix, Arizona, where he became a name partner in 2012.
Mr. Raczkowski is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Pima County Bar Association, the Arizona Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the National Crime Victims Bar Association. He has been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyer since 2017 and has given lectures on topics such as premises liability, trial evidence, and technology in the legal field. He is also the acting chair of the Publications Committee for the Arizona Association of Justice (AzAJ), has published articles regarding premises liability litigation, and co-authors a regular column in the AzAJ's Advocate focused on emerging technology for trial attorneys.
