Born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas, Mark's educational journey began at the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1971.
He then pursued his Juris Doctor at South Texas College of Law, graduating in 1974. Shortly after graduation, he was admitted to the State Bar of Texas, starting an extensive and impactful legal career. His early experiences laid the groundwork for his later achievements, as he quickly became known for his commitment to client advocacy and legal excellence. Throughout his career, Mark has received numerous accolades for his legal expertise.
