About Marianna

Marianna Nersesyan is an attorney licensed to practice in California and the principal of Nersesyan Law, PC. She works from her own firm, handling client matters across the state. Her career is rooted in a California legal education and a practice that remains centered in the state.

She earned her law degree at Southwestern University School of Law. The curriculum there prepared her for practice in California courts and for the day-to-day demands of running a small firm. Law school classmates and professors shaped her early understanding of litigation, client counseling, and the mechanics of law practice.

After law school she entered practice in California. Over the years she has built a legal practice that serves individuals and entities in the state. She is admitted to the California bar and conducts her work from Nersesyan Law, PC, a firm she leads. Her work involves direct client contact, case management and the procedural work required to move matters forward.

Colleagues describe her approach as pragmatic. She focuses on clarifying client goals, outlining options and setting realistic timelines. She takes on the administrative tasks of running a firm as part of serving clients. That includes managing filings, coordinating with experts when needed, and keeping clients informed during each stage of a matter.

Outside the office she has been involved in professional networks and continuing legal education activities common to practicing lawyers in California. Those connections help her stay current on developments in state law and on court procedures. She has been an active participant in professional settings since at least 2017.

At Nersesyan Law, PC she handles the full arc of client matters, from initial consultation through resolution. Her practice is based in California and she currently represents clients in matters across the state.
