About Marco C.

Marco C. Masciulli built his path to law on two distinct fields of study. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and English from Central Michigan University in 2005. He then went on to earn a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2013, completing his legal education in a three-year span that began in 2010.

After law school, Masciulli entered practice in Michigan. He is admitted to the Michigan bar and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Those admissions have shaped the kinds of matters he takes on and the courtroom experience he has developed over time.

His undergraduate background in political science and English surfaces in his work. The combination of subject knowledge and writing training informs how he prepares cases, drafts pleadings, and communicates with clients and courts. Colleagues describe a methodical approach to case preparation and an emphasis on clear, direct written advocacy.

Masciulli maintains current membership in professional associations. He has worked in roles that require both courtroom advocacy and client counseling. He joined The Head Law Office, PLC, where he serves as an attorney handling matters that arise in state and federal jurisdictions. His practice has involved litigating in Michigan courts and filing matters in federal court when appropriate.

Clients and peers see him as attentive to procedural detail. He pays close attention to court rules and filing deadlines and places importance on organizing factual records early in a case. He favors practical, procedural solutions when they serve the client’s objectives, while preparing thoroughly when litigation is necessary.

Outside of court filings and hearings, Masciulli’s work includes drafting motions, conducting research, and preparing clients for testimony. He balances written advocacy with in-person representation at hearings and status conferences. He concentrates his professional energy on serving clients’ needs in matters before Michigan state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and continues to practice at The Head Law Office, PLC, representing clients in state and federal matters.
