About Marco A.

Marco A. Schiavo began his legal path after completing an undergraduate degree at Babson College and earning his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. His education combined business and law, an arrangement that shaped how he approaches legal problems. He later joined the Massachusetts State Bar and has held membership there since 2001.

He moved into practice in Massachusetts soon after earning his law degree. Over the years he has worked in environments where business concerns and legal rules intersect. His peers describe him as methodical in his preparation and deliberate in court and transactional settings. He has handled matters that required both careful negotiation and attention to statutory detail.

Schiavo’s work spans multiple areas typically handled by counsel in state courts and by lawyers advising businesses. He represents clients in matters that arise under Massachusetts law and advises on compliance questions, contract issues and disputes that reach litigation. He handles courtroom appearances and filings when cases require it. He also spends time on pre-suit resolution efforts when they are available and appropriate.

Outside the courtroom he has been involved in bar activities through the Massachusetts State Bar. He has used those affiliations to stay current on changes in state procedure and professional standards. That involvement has also informed how he counsels clients about risk and practical outcomes.

He keeps an office at 400 TradeCenter, Suite 4800. From there he meets clients and handles filings, hearings and transactional work. Colleagues say he prefers a pragmatic approach: identify the legal question, map the practical options, then move to execution.

Schiavo’s background in business and law informs his approach to client matters. He applies classroom training from Suffolk University Law School and analytical skills from Babson College to the cases he takes on. He is licensed in Massachusetts and maintains an active bar membership, a fact that underpins his ongoing practice.

He currently maintains an office at 400 TradeCenter, Suite 4800, and his practice centers on matters arising under Massachusetts law.
