About Marcello

Marcello Pedini built an academic foundation that blends science and human behavior before he ever set foot in a courtroom. He earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan–Dearborn in 2004, studying biology and psychology. He went on to complete his Juris Doctor at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2011.

That education led to a string of early positions that exposed him to both appellate advocacy and environmental regulation. He served as a law clerk at the State Appellate Defender Office in 2010. During and after law school he took internships at the Environmental Protection Agency in 2011 and the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality in 2013. Those roles gave him experience with administrative processes and regulatory materials.

Pedini entered private practice soon after law school. In 2012 he worked at The Oliver Law Office and in 2014 he served as an associate at Robert A. Canner, P.C. Over the years he moved into roles that required client contact, case preparation, and courtroom appearances. His path led him to Michigan Injury Advocates, where he is listed as a lawyer.

He is licensed to practice in Michigan and maintains a current membership in the State Bar of Michigan. That membership underscores his standing as an active practitioner in the state’s legal community.

His background in biology and psychology informs how he evaluates evidence and prepares testimony. He draws on that training when reviewing medical records, interviewing clients, and assessing the plausibility of claims. Colleagues describe him as methodical in building files and attentive to factual detail.

Outside of individual casework, Pedini’s internships with federal and state environmental agencies continue to inform his perspective on regulatory documents and expert reports. He has combined that regulatory experience with years in private practice to handle the procedural and evidentiary demands of litigated matters. He currently practices at Michigan Injury Advocates, where he handles personal injury and related civil claims.
