About Marc
Marc Saperstein is a founding partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., a personal injury law firm based in Teaneck, New Jersey. He has been practicing law for over 45 years, focusing on complex personal injury cases, including product liability, construction accidents, and medical malpractice. His firm has secured numerous multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts for clients across New Jersey and New York. Born and raised in New York City, Marc earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University in 1975. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1978. Shortly after, he was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1980, the New York State Bar in 1987, and the Georgia State Bar in 1978.
He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second, Third. Fifth Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court. At Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., Marc has handled some of America's most complex legal cases, including product liability actions and tobacco and pharmaceutical class actions.
Notably, he secured a $20 million jury verdict for an injured construction worker and a $9 million settlement for a man who fell from a subway platform and was struck by a train. His dedication to his clients has earned him a reputation for professionalism and unwavering commitment. Marc has been recognized by his peers and legal organizations for his contributions to the field. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer for over a decade and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence. In 2022, he received the New Jersey Association for Justice’s Gold Medal for Distinguished Service, honoring his significant contributions to the legal community. He co-founded and co-chairs the Meadowlands seminar, where he lectures on various legal topics, including trial objections, evidence, product liability, and trucking litigation. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.
