About Marc Robert
Marc Robert Steinberg earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1973 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in English at Pennsylvania State University in 1970. He began his legal career in the years that followed and built a practice rooted in courtroom work. Colleagues describe a steady, old-school approach to litigation that has endured across decades.
Steinberg is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is also a member of the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. Those admissions reflect both state-level work and the credentials to appear before the nation’s highest court when matters require. Over time he developed a reputation for trial work, taking cases through the stages of investigation, arraignment, pretrial motion practice and on to the jury when necessary.
He holds certification as a Criminal Trial Advocate from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. That credential signifies experience and testing in trial procedure, evidence and courtroom advocacy. It complements a practice defined by contested hearings and courtroom appearances rather than administrative or transactional matters. People who have worked with him cite a readiness to try cases and a careful preparation of witnesses and exhibits.
Throughout his career Steinberg has worked within the adversarial setting of criminal defense. He has handled matters at various levels of the Pennsylvania court system and has prepared filings and arguments for courts that require precise legal briefing. His day-to-day work has combined legal research, client counseling and the tactical decisions that shape trial strategy.
He currently practices at Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford, PC, where his experience contributes to a team that handles serious criminal cases. His role at the firm is grounded in courtroom practice, trial planning and client representation in contested matters. He brings decades of practice to each case he accepts.
His present practice centers on criminal defense and trial litigation.
