About Marc
Marc Recht graduated from Brandeis University in 1995 and earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1999. He completed his formal legal education at the end of the 1990s and established his practice in Massachusetts, the jurisdiction where he is licensed to work. His academic record placed him among a generation of lawyers who entered private practice as the legal market shifted toward larger, nationally oriented firms.
Early in his career Recht joined Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. Over time he became a partner there, taking on the responsibilities that title carries at a full-service firm. He has spent his career working inside a structured firm environment. That setting has given him experience managing client relationships and supervising teams of associates on matters that require coordination and close oversight.
Recht’s work spans the sorts of assignments commonly handled by partners in a general practice firm.
