About Marc
Marc Napolitana earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2015. He completed a three-year course of study and entered the legal profession during a period of rapid change in both litigation practice and transactional work. The degree is the defining credential in his professional biography.
Following graduation, Napolitana embarked on a career in law that has combined courtroom experience, client counseling and the everyday tasks that occupy most practicing attorneys. He moved from classroom theory to practice, learning to translate legal research into written advocacy and oral argument. Colleagues describe him as methodical in approach and steady under pressure.
Early in his career he handled matters that required attention to detail and persistence. That work gave him a practical sense of how cases progress from initial interviews through resolution. He developed routine habits that many lawyers rely on: careful file management, precise drafting, and thoughtful client communication. Those routines underpin his work today.
Napolitana’s legal skill set includes research, drafting pleadings and motions, and advising clients on procedural steps. He has appeared in hearings and prepared materials for trials and administrative proceedings. He also has experience negotiating settlements and preparing transactional documents when matters resolve outside the courtroom.
He maintains current membership in professional legal associations and participates in continuing legal education to keep his knowledge current. Those memberships provide a forum for staying abreast of changes in law and procedure. They also offer a network of peers that he consults on complex matters.
Outside of casework, Napolitana organizes his practice around clear communication and practical problem-solving. He prefers to frame legal issues in terms that clients can understand. That habit helps clients make informed decisions about litigation risk, timing and cost.
Over time he has balanced advocacy with the administrative demands of running legal matters. He remains engaged in the everyday work of representing clients and overseeing case strategy. He continues to refine his courtroom skills while handling transactional and advisory matters.
As of 2026 Napolitana continues to practice law, representing clients in matters that reflect his training and professional interests.
