About Marc

Marc Kamin built his legal foundation in the northwest before moving his practice to Arizona. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Montana State University–Billings in 1992 and completed his Juris Doctor at Gonzaga University School of Law in 1995. Those years shaped his approach to the work: methodical, practical and focused on problem solving.

Following law school, Kamin entered the legal community in Arizona. Over time he accumulated courtroom experience and handled a range of matters across state tribunals. He is licensed to practice in Arizona and has worked on cases that required both trial preparation and client counseling. Colleagues describe his approach as steady and detail-oriented.

Kamin’s work has involved litigation and advising clients on legal strategy. He has prepared pleadings, taken depositions and argued motions in state courts. He also spends time counseling clients on the procedural and tactical choices that affect outcomes. He favors clear explanations over legal jargon and aims to give clients a realistic view of the risks and timelines involved in their matters.

At Goldberg & Osborne Kamin is part of a team that handles disputes and transactional issues for a varied client base. He participates in case development from intake to resolution. That has meant drafting contracts, negotiating settlements and, when necessary, taking cases to trial. His role often requires coordinating with experts, compiling documentary evidence and shaping a theory of the case that is persuasive to judges and juries alike.

Outside the courtroom, Kamin maintains professional connections and stays current on developments that affect practice in Arizona. He has been involved in bar-related activities and remains active in the legal community. His experience across different facets of litigation and counsel work informs how he prepares clients for each stage of a matter.

Today Kamin continues to practice at Goldberg & Osborne in Arizona. His daily work centers on representing clients in state matters and offering practical legal guidance relevant to their goals.
