About Marc A
Marc A Sposato earned his B.A. in criminal justice from Pace University in 2013 and completed his J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016. He arrived in law after an undergraduate focus on criminal justice. The academic record set the stage for early work inside the courthouse.
Right after law school, Sposato served as a law clerk to the Hon. Richard T. Sules, J.S.C., in the Essex County Criminal Division of the New Jersey Judiciary. That 2016 clerkship placed him at the heart of the county criminal calendar. He spent time on the trial-level docket, observing hearings and the practical mechanics of criminal case management.
Sposato is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. He holds membership in the State Bar of New Jersey and is a certified court mediator for the New Jersey Courts. Those credentials mean he appears on filings in two states and can also perform court-ordered mediations when cases are sent to alternate dispute resolution.
After his clerkship he moved into private practice roles and continued to build experience in litigation and dispute resolution. His background in criminal justice and his courtroom experience inform his approach to contested matters. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparation and steady in court, traits that he has carried into representation and settlement efforts.
Sposato practices at Triarsi Betancourt Wukovits & Dugan, LLC. He handles matters that arise in New Jersey and New York and serves as an available resource for mediation assignments through the state court system. He currently concentrates his practice on litigation and mediation across state matters in New Jersey and New York.
