Manuel G.R. Rivera is a Senior Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright, a prominent law firm located at 1301 Avenue of the Americas in New York City. He joined the New York State Bar in 1997, as well as the District of Columbia Bar in the same year. Rivera earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard Law School in 1996.
Before attending Harvard, he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baruch College of the City University of New York in 1993.
