About Mallory
Mallory Riley earned her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2019. She completed her legal education after several years of study and training that prepared her for practice in state courts. That degree set the course for her legal career in the Mountain West.
After law school she moved into practice in Wyoming. She is admitted to practice in that state and has worked in private practice since joining a Casper-based firm. Early work involved day-to-day case preparation, client interviews and the kind of legal research that shapes courtroom strategy. She learned the procedural rules and the local practice customs common to Wyoming’s courts.
Her day-to-day work includes counseling clients, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing case files. She spends time in research and writing. She also appears in court when a matter requires in-person advocacy. Those responsibilities have given her steady courtroom and office experience.
Colleagues say she approaches cases methodically. She breaks down complicated factual records into clear issues. She pays attention to procedural detail and works to present records that judges and opposing counsel can follow without confusion. That approach has guided her handling of both contested and noncontested matters.
At Steven Titus & Associates, P.C., she is part of a team that serves clients across a range of matters arising under Wyoming law. She works alongside more senior attorneys on trials and hearings, and she takes primary responsibility for certain client files. The position requires regular client contact, negotiation with opposing parties, and collaboration inside the firm on litigation strategy.
