About Madison R.

Madison R. Howeller built a foundation in communications before turning to law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida in 2016. Two years later she completed a paralegal certificate at Rollins College. She finished her legal education at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, receiving her J.D. in 2020.

Her route through paralegal training into law school shaped a practical approach to casework. The paralegal certificate gave her hands-on experience with document drafting and case management. Law school added courtroom procedure and legal analysis. The combination left her comfortable on both the administrative and advocacy sides of practice.

After completing the J.D. program, she established a practice in Florida. She is admitted to the Florida bar and bases her work in the state. Rather than joining a large firm, she chose to operate a smaller practice. That decision reflects a preference for direct client contact and managing matters from intake through resolution.

Her office is organized as the Law Office of Madison Howeller. There she handles client intake, prepares filings, and appears in state courts and administrative proceedings when necessary. The office structure allows her to control workflow and maintain continuity for clients across matters. Colleagues and opposing counsel describe her approach as straightforward and attentive to procedural detail.

Outside the office she has kept connections to the legal community. Those relationships include ongoing participation in local professional settings since beginning practice after law school. She also draws on her earlier communications training when drafting client advisories and court documents. The mix of backgrounds gives her a familiarity with both the written and procedural demands of litigation and transactional work.

Clients who come to her for representation find a solo practitioner who balances hands-on service with the procedural knowledge gained in law school and paralegal work. She continues to practice in Florida, running the Law Office of Madison Howeller and representing clients in state matters. Her current practice focuses on providing legal services to clients through her Florida-based solo law office.
