About Madeline Christine

Madeline Christine Pinckert built her legal foundation at SMU Dedman School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2015 after concentrating on family law and child advocacy. She completed coursework and clinic work that centered on issues affecting children and families. Those early studies shaped the course of her career and informed how she approaches cases today.

Her professional path includes time at Pfister Borserine & Associates PLLC, where she handled family law matters and courtroom practice. That experience gave her daily exposure to contested hearings, negotiated settlements and the procedural demands of family court. She later established her own practice, which carries her name and handles a range of domestic relations matters.

Pinckert has been active in professional circles since 2016. She participates in association work and keeps up with continuing legal education that tracks developments in family law and child advocacy. She attends hearings, conferences and professional meetings that address evolving state law and practice trends.

Her practice centers on family law. She represents clients in divorce, custody and child support proceedings and addresses related temporary orders and enforcement matters. Cases often require both courtroom readiness and careful negotiation. She prepares pleadings, develops case strategies and appears at hearings in Texas courts.

Clients and colleagues note that her legal training and early clinic experience inform how she frames issues involving children. She approaches custody and parenting-time disputes with attention to evidence and to the statutory factors Texas courts consider. She also handles matters that intersect with child welfare and dependency concerns when those issues arise in family court settings.

Pinckert balances time in the courtroom with counseling clients through the practical steps of family separations. She drafts agreements, pursues modifications when circumstances change and enforces orders when necessary. Her practice includes both contested litigation and efforts to reach negotiated resolutions where possible.

She is admitted to practice in Texas and maintains an active presence in the state’s family law community. She continues to follow developments in child advocacy and family law doctrine. She currently operates Pinckert Family Law, PLLC, where she represents clients in family law matters.
