About M. Parker
M. Parker Landers earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013, after beginning his studies there in 2010. He entered law school following undergraduate work and completed a three-year program in Coral Gables. The law school years left him grounded in the practical side of litigation and client counseling, and they shaped the way he approaches cases today.
After graduating, Landers launched his practice in Florida. He built experience handling matters across state courts and administrative forums. Early work included courtroom appearances, client intake, drafting pleadings and negotiating resolutions. He learned to move between paperwork and advocacy, and to explain legal options in plain terms to people who were often under stress.
Colleagues describe him as concise in court filings and methodical when preparing for hearings. He has worked on a range of matters in Florida jurisdictions, representing clients at different stages of dispute resolution. That work has required attention to procedural detail, careful calendar management and direct communication with opposing counsel, judges and agency staff.
Landers practices at Landers & Sternberg PLLC. At the firm he handles client representation, prepares legal documents and appears in state proceedings when cases require it. He collaborates with other lawyers in the office on case strategy, evidence gathering and settlement discussions. The firm setting lets him draw on shared resources while keeping client relationships personal.
Outside of courtroom work, Landers spends time drafting transactional documents and advising clients on compliance questions that arise under state law. He prioritizes clear writing and step-by-step explanations. Clients who work with him receive practical assessments of risk and timelines for the next phases of a matter.
Over the years his work has remained anchored in Florida practice. He maintains an active caseload and continues to take on matters that require steady litigation practice and attention to procedural demands. As of 2026 he practices at Landers & Sternberg PLLC and handles matters arising under Florida law in the firm’s offices.
