About M Bradley

M Bradley Blommer built his legal foundation at Boston College, where he earned a B.A. in English and Philosophy. He continued his studies at the University of Baltimore School of Law and graduated with a J.D. Those academic choices shaped his approach to analysis and argument. They also prepared him for multi-jurisdictional practice.

He is licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Oregon. Early in his career he became active in Oregon's legal community. He has been a member of the Oregon State Bar Litigation Section and the Real Estate Law Section since 2010. He joined the Oregon State Bar Cannabis Law Section in 2016. Memberships in those sections reflect the kinds of issues he regularly handles: regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and transactional matters tied to property and business operations.

Blommer is a co-founder of Green Light Law Group. At the firm he helped build a practice that serves businesses operating at the intersection of evolving state laws and market realities. He has experience advising clients on licensing, compliance and contracts. He also represents clients in courtroom and administrative settings when disputes arise.

Outside the bar sections, Blommer has engaged with industry organizations. He served on the board of the Pacific Northwest Hemp Industries Association and was its vice president from 2019 to 2020. That role put him in the middle of business conversations about cultivation, processing and market access. It also gave him experience working with trade group governance and advocacy on policy matters that affect growers and processors.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparation and direct in court. He combines litigation work and transactional counseling, which often overlap in regulated industries. His training in English and philosophy shows up in written work. He favors clear briefs over ornate prose. He also takes a practical approach in negotiations and licensing talks, aiming for solutions that let clients operate under complex rules.

Blommer remains active in local bar groups. He is an ongoing member of the Multnomah Bar Association. He continues to contribute to the Oregon State Bar sections where he holds memberships. He currently practices at Green Light Law Group, handling regulatory, transactional and litigation matters for businesses in the cannabis, hemp, real estate and general business arenas.
