About Lynne Rogers
Lynne Rogers Feldman earned her law degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. She built a legal foundation there before beginning a career that spans multiple decades and two state bars. She is admitted to practice in both Illinois and California, which has shaped a practice that crosses state lines and administrative jurisdictions.
Early in her career she advanced into firm leadership. In 1991 she became a partner at Erwin Martinkus & Cole, where she took on the responsibilities partners typically shoulder: supervising files, advising clients, and contributing to firm strategy. That position placed her in the midst of day-to-day litigation and administrative work, and it set the tone for long-term client relationships that would carry through later stages of her career.
In 2009 she moved to Feldman Feldman & Associates, PC as a partner. The change marked a new chapter, bringing her experience to a firm that handles matters across state lines. At Feldman Feldman & Associates she has worked on cases that require coordination among courts and agencies in different jurisdictions. Her dual admissions in Illinois and California have been practical in that work, allowing her to handle filings and representation that span both states.
Outside the office she remains connected to the broader legal community. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and participates in the association’s programs and meetings. That membership reflects a professional interest in immigration-related practice and policy issues. Colleagues describe her as deliberate and steady in case preparation. Clients have relied on her for counsel on procedural and substantive matters alike, particularly when cases involve administrative filings or cross-jurisdictional questions.
She has balanced casework with firm responsibilities for many years. Her timeline—partner in 1991, partner again in 2009—shows continuity in private practice and long-term involvement in firm management. She maintains an active role at Feldman Feldman & Associates, PC, handling case intake, client counseling, and coordination with outside counsel when matters require it. Her current practice focuses on immigration matters.
