About Lukasz
Lukasz Wietrzynski grew up on a steady course toward law. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan in 2009 and earned a J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2012. Those formative years combined a Midwestern undergraduate education with training at a major West Coast law school. The result is a lawyer whose credentials reflect two different academic traditions.
After law school, Lukasz began his legal career in Michigan. He joined Michigan Injury Advocates as a lawyer, where he has worked on cases arising out of accidents and injuries. His work involves advising clients, investigating incidents, and handling litigation when disputes move to court. He practices in the state where he earned his license and manages the practical tasks that come with representing injured people.
Colleagues describe his courtroom style as direct. He prepares cases carefully and presents evidence in straightforward terms. On discovery and case development, he pays attention to the records that often determine the outcome: medical charts, police reports, and witness statements. Trial work is part of his practice when settlement is not an option. He has handled matters through the full lifecycle of a claim, from initial client interviews to resolution.
Outside the courtroom he spends time on case strategy and client counseling. He communicates regularly with medical providers and experts to build the factual record that supports injury claims. He also advises clients on the steps to take after an accident, including documentation and follow-up care. That hands-on case management is a regular feature of his practice.
Lukasz’s background bridges public university study and professional legal training. The combination of a liberal arts undergraduate degree and a law degree framed his approach to the law: methodical and practical. He works in Michigan state courts and focuses on the issues that surface after collisions, falls, and other incidents that produce physical harm.
As of 2026 he remains at Michigan Injury Advocates. He continues to handle injury-related matters for clients in Michigan and to represent them through negotiation and, when necessary, trial.
