Ms. McAllister earned her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, graduating in 1987. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the State University of New York (SUNY), where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During her time at Santa Clara University, she participated in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in criminal defense and administrative law.
Ms. McAllister concentrates her practice in the areas of criminal defense, administrative law, and professional license defense. She represents individuals and professionals facing charges such as DUI, domestic violence, theft, fraud, and drug-related offenses.
