About Lucas Style
Lucas Style Lanasa built a foundation in law following a steady course through Florida schools. He earned a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2009 and holds a B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Florida, completed in 2003. Those academic steps set the stage for a practice centered in his home state.
He entered public service early in his career. In 2010 he served as an Assistant State Lawyer in the Office of the State Lawyer for Florida’s 2nd Judicial Circuit. The role placed him in courtrooms and office settings where he handled the procedural and factual demands of circuit-level work. That early exposure to litigation and government practice shaped how he approaches case preparation and client matters.
Two years after his time in the state lawyer’s office, he started his own practice. In 2012 he opened Lanasa Law Office and took on the responsibilities of owner and lawyer. Running a small firm required him to manage casework, client intake, and the business side of a legal practice. Those duties influenced the way he organizes files, communicates with clients, and assigns priorities within the firm.
Throughout his career he has maintained ties to professional circles and holds current memberships in bar and legal associations. Those connections have kept him plugged into developments across Florida law and allowed him to exchange practical insights with peers. Colleagues and former supervisors describe him as methodical in preparation and clear in court presentations; those traits reflect his training and early courtroom experience.
Clients who come to his office are likely to find a lawyer familiar with the mechanics of litigation and the paperwork of transactional matters. He has moved between public service and private practice, and that background informs how he assesses risk and timelines for cases. He often handles matters that require attention to procedural detail and steady courtroom presence.
He continues to practice from Lanasa Law Office, LLC, handling legal matters in the state of Florida. He currently focuses his practice on matters arising under Florida law and represents clients from his firm’s offices.
