About Lori
Lori Costanzo set out on the path of independent practice more than a decade ago. She opened Costanzo Law Office in 2011 and has run the firm since, shaping it around how she believes legal services should be delivered.
She attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. That training formed the foundation for her work in California courts and for the practical decisions she makes as a small-firm owner.
After starting her practice, Costanzo took on the responsibilities that come with running a solo or small office. She handles the business side of the firm as well as client matters. Her title of owner and founder reflects a hands-on role; she manages staff, client intake, case strategy and the day-to-day operations that keep the office functional.
Costanzo is licensed to practice in California. She also maintains current memberships in professional associations. Those memberships connect her to continuing education and to other lawyers across the state, and they inform how she adapts to changes in law and procedure.
The office operates under the name Costanzo Law Office, APC. It is set up to provide direct access to the attorney who founded it. That structure allows clients to work with a lawyer who understands both the legal questions they bring and the practical constraints of a small business practice.
People who come to the firm can expect a steady presence. Costanzo balances client work with administrative duties and remains the primary point of contact for many cases. The firm’s approach reflects the choices of someone who has preferred to build and sustain an independent practice rather than join a larger firm.
In her public-facing role she has continued to refine how the office responds to client needs, adjusting staffing and services over time. She still oversees the work that leaves the office and is involved in the matters the firm accepts.
